Festive Sangria

Two crowd favourites have come together to create this summer Festive Sangria just in time for the silly season.

We have combined the production processes of our highly sought after Sangria Gin with our infamous 2022 Gingle Bells Gin

Our Craft Gin was rested in French Oak Puncheons on Pinot Lees from the Moorabool Valley for 8 weeks, once removed from oak, in the gin we then macerated Figs, dates, raisons and mixed citrus peel for 2 weeks then came the fun part of creating a spiced sugar syrup using Cinnamon, Star anise, nutmeg, peppercorns more citrus and blended to taste.
